Top marks for MacDonald Mailing

MacDonald Mailing recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey amongst their regular clients and were pleased to receive a really positive response.

The survey covered all aspects of MacDonald's service provision to clients and asked them to rate the quality of service from 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent).

Several clients were so pleased with the service they'd received they even added unsolicited comments such as ‘You’ve been fantastic - especially Sharon’.

The overall result represents a resounding vote of confidence in MacDonald’s service across the board. These results highlight the considerable improvements and advances that have been made throughout the company as a whole during the last 12 months.

André Kleinman, Director of MacDonald Mailing, commented: The results of this survey are a direct reflection of all the hard work and effort that everyone within the company has put in during that last year. However, we cannot rest on our laurels and need to maintain our focus on continuous improvement. Together with the rest of the management team I would like to congratulate and thank everyone at Sittingbourne for their hard work and commitment and look forward to the prospect of improving our score even further in next years survey!’
